An article in the April 2006 edition of Journal of Sports Sciences examined elements that make Kenyans such fantastic long distance runners. Inspired and well based on Peter, Carol started to cross train and finally decided that, instead of following him on the bike, she would sign lets start on the LA Road Runners with Asics tiger and this Sunday, Carol will be run/walking her first LA Marathon!
